Mark P. Bradley, a 2010 graduate of the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, joined SKM as an associate in 2015. Mr. Bradley previously was associated with insurance defense firms in New York and New Jersey, where he aptly represented construction managers, general contractors and property owners in all aspects of insurance defense, with a focus on Labor Law claims and construction defects. At SKM he focuses on representing design professionals in complex litigation matters both in court and in mediation and arbitration. Mr. Bradley is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey, as well as the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and before the United Stated District Court for the District of New Jersey. He is a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association.
